These records may be used to manage training delivery, practitioner support, certification, quality assurance, compliance, and ongoing communication relating to your training or practitioner status.

Recorded assessment sessions

As part of Belief Coding® accreditation, a facilitator may record a client session, with the client’s written consent, so that an external assessor appointed by Belief Coding® can review their facilitation. Every assessor signs a confidentiality agreement.

Recordings are stored securely by the facilitator, shared with the assessor as view only, and deleted within 7 days of the assessor’s feedback call. Clients can ask for a recording to be stopped or deleted at any time by contacting their facilitator.

Facilitators and assessors follow our internal Recorded Assessment Sessions Policy, which is available to them through the Belief Coding® portal.
