Hello marvellous YOU getting ready to emerge. I am a Belief Coding ® Coach working with fabulous ladies and young people in Staffordshire and Cheshire. I also have clients from all corners of the world, via Zoom. I have worked in Education (BA Hons in Primary Education) for 14 years. I love my life and my job… now.
Rewind a few years; suffering with crippling anxiety, panic attacks and imposter syndrome. I worked a gruelling 50+ hour week in leadership and typically had the ‘Sunday Blues’. After having just three Belief Coding ® facilitations, my life took a positive,refreshing and transformative direction. I healed my past traumas of growing up watching my parents broken relationship spiral, living with a close family member with addiction and mental health issues and awful experiences during parts of my career. Fast forward to now…
I work part-time teaching and have my own Belief Coding ® Therapy and Coaching business. I work a 30 hour week, have more quality family time, enjoy my career and have more holidays and breaks away than ever! I am living my best life! I feel free!
I support young people with stress and anxiety (including exam stress) where they have had little or no access to other services. I help to put the sparkle back in the lives of many women who are struggling with self-confidence, self-worth, depression, anxiety, insomnia, weight loss, addiction and phobias. Transformation is possible once you have released those limiting beliefs. I would love you to experience change for a better life as I did. If you’re ready, I’m here for you!
