Hi I’m Angie Craven aka Pocket Rocket, owner of Totally Flipping Mental. After being completley broken by life, Menopause, (I had literally EVERY symptom), dealing with my teenagers and elderly parents (Don’t tell them I called them elderly!) then losing my hearing in one ear overnight I was in complete overwhelm and l was LOST. I couldn’t remember who I used to be and never thought I would find her again. But thanks to Belief Coding® not only am I back but I’m the best version of me I have EVER BEEN! I went on to train as a facilitator and now through my company Totally Flipping Mental, I help others every day to find their way to live life being the very best version of themselves. I work with people sufferring with Anxiety, Depression, Menopausal symptoms and generally struggling with life. The results are incredible and I am so grateful and privileged to do what I do. I work with both Men and Women.

I also have lots of experience of working with teenagers struggling with anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, self harming and much much more. I am based in Sheffield, in the north of England, but carry out the majority of sessions over zoom and have worked with people all over the world.
