Here at Innerwarmth we are committed to help as many people as humanly possible to find inner peace, love, freedom and joy. I am passionate about providing support for anyone impacted by trauma related illness in any way. I offer reduced cost programmes for those on low income or benefits. For over two decades I struggled with debilitating physical and mental health issues as a result of the supressed emotions from a lifetime of physical sexual and emotional abuse. I have found freedom from severe psychiatric disorders and so called incurable illnesses and know that my souls calling is to hold others through doing the same! As healers/light workers many of us are empaths and have a calling to be of service to others. My programmes and services all provide the unique opportunity to help others whilst helping yourself in various ways.
